TeamViewer and ServiceNow Launch Strategic Partnership to Advance Autonomous IT Operations

The multi-year agreement integrates TeamViewer’s Digital Employee Experience and Remote Connectivity solutions with the ServiceNow AI Platform to support end-to-end agentic IT workflows for enterprise customers.

GÖPPINGEN, Germany & SANTA CLARA, Calif., July 23, 2026– TeamViewer and ServiceNow have announced a multi-year strategic technology partnership to integrate TeamViewer’s Digital Employee Experience (DEX) software for monitoring endpoint health and identifying technology issues with its Remote Connectivity solutions and the ServiceNow AI Platform.

The collaboration is intended to help organizations extend IT operations from manual intervention toward autonomous management through agentic workflows. The integration is also designed to support enterprise deployments worldwide.

How the Integration Supports Autonomous IT Operations

Many enterprises can identify digital issues across their IT environments but still rely on separate tools and manual processes to resolve them.

The integration is intended to address this challenge by combining TeamViewer’s endpoint technology with the ServiceNow AI Platform, helping connect issue detection with AI-driven workflows through a unified approach to IT operations.

This allows organizations to move from identifying IT issues to initiating automated workflows through a connected workflow rather than separate manual steps.

By combining endpoint visibility, remote connectivity, and automation, the integrated solution is intended to help organizations move from manual IT operations toward autonomous management.

This approach aims to support faster issue resolution while reducing the operational friction associated with disconnected enterprise IT tools.

How the Partnership Will Expand

Beyond the initial integration, the partnership outlines broader collaboration across product development, commercial initiatives, and enterprise deployment.

TeamViewer’s solutions will be available as a packaged add-on for ServiceNow customers worldwide, supported by implementation and channel partners.

The companies also plan to dedicate sales and marketing resources to support deployments in IT Service Management, Field Service Management, and Customer Service Management.

The agreement also includes plans to explore deeper platform integrations and additional use cases over time. Both companies intend to expand their collaboration into new markets while continuing to develop autonomous IT capabilities under the multi-year agreement.

Executive Perspectives

“The future belongs to organizations that can sense, decide, and act in real time,” said Bill McDermott, Chairman and CEO, ServiceNow.

“By bringing together ServiceNow’s AI control tower for business reinvention and TeamViewer’s endpoint capabilities, we’re closing the loop from insight at the edge to outcomes at scale.

“ServiceNow is one of the foremost AI companies in the world and has chosen TeamViewer as a key strategic partner to deliver on its vision of agentic business,” said Oliver Steil, TeamViewer Chief Executive Officer.
