Brewmaster Monk

The biggest upside is that it can not be one-shot by some hard-hitting Tank Busters, but it requires constant healing attention to stay alive. Brewmaster Monk’s utility is also somewhat limited, which prevents it from being placed in a higher tier.
C Tier
Tanks C tier have an issue with a crucial part of their kit. They lack either a lot of damage or are too squishy to reliably survive any encounter without dedicating every external cooldown to them.
