How to Know I’m Eligible for Amazon Refund?
An Amazon representative said.
“There is no action required from customers to receive the refunds, and we have fixed the payment issue.” he also said “Following a recent internal review, we identified a very small subset of returns where we issued a refund without the payment completing, or where we could not verify that the correct item had been sent back to us so no refund was issued,”
It means you can’t apply for a refund as Amazon itself checks and refunds the customers. Although you can’t apply but you can check manually if you have received an email or refund.
Here is how you can:
- Log in to your Amazon account.
- Open the Amazon Dashboard, Head to “Your Orders” and look for refund notifications or credits.
- Check your payment method (bank account, credit card, gift card balance) for unexpected refunds.
- Review your email inbox (including spam) for notifications from Amazon about retroactive refunds.
