A WhatsApp number is the same as your mobile phone number that you used when setting up WhatsApp. When you register, WhatsApp sends a code to your phone to confirm that number. Once verified, that becomes your official WhatsApp number.

For example, if your mobile number is +1 555 123 4567, then your WhatsApp number is the same.

Sometimes, you may forget which number you registered with WhatsApp, especially if you use multiple SIM cards in your smartphone.

On Android

• Open WhatsApp.
• Tap the three dots in the top-right corner.
